Our mission is to guide the spiritual growth and development of the younger members of our Church community in accordance with the teachings of the Roman Catholic Church. It is our goal, that this be done in a respectful, compassionate, loving and understanding manner - realizing that humor is also a gift from God. We accept this responsibility of leadership with gratitude and humility. In the preparation and giving of these retreat experiences, we hope to remain open to the gifts of knowledge, wisdom, new perspective, friendship, and personal growth.

The Retreat Team is comprised of advisors and Confirmed Young Adults of our parish family. Our peer-ministered team plans, coordinates, and provides retreats at OLBS and for other parishes in our Diocese when our schedules allow.

In November of each year we welcome our new Confirmands to join our group and look forward to their thoughts and ideas.
